Our client is open to acquire technology businesses in the UK and Europe. Involved in managed services, cloud, collaboration, unified communications, data networking, cyber security and managed people services (e.g.; field services, engineering services and safety technology). Required turnover should be between €20-€100 million with a preference towards the higher end.

Type of acquisition
Our client is looking for a company that is preferably in its growth phase. Acquisition: 100% of the shares. The customer base of the company should be mainly enterprises and large to medium scaled businesses. Regarding EBITDA requirements, we are looking for companies with at least a 10% EBITDA-level. After an acquisition, sellers will stay involved for a limited transition period (to be discussed).
